At BARK Air, we want you and your pup to be completely satisfied with your high-flying fashion. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include in your box.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original condition and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
